This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home set up on a hill, is less then a mile from Port Jefferson Village and is a blend of coastal/nautical with hints of modern. This village property was completely redone last year and every room is fresh and new. Being both surrounded by trees and a short distance to the village our guests are given the privacy needed to relax and unwind and the convienance and proximity to enjoy the best town on Long Island.

House Rules

Small gatherings are ok but no more than 10 people on premises at one time. 6 persons max per night. Strictly enforced.

Quiet hours are 10pm-9am, town ordinance.

No street parking, driveway has room for 3-5 vehicles.

Pets: 1 pet allowed
MUST be a well trained household pet and bathroom trained. No pets allowed on furniture or upstairs in bedrooms.

**Must let us know in advance of booking if you are bringing a pet.

$50/night extra pet cleaning fee standard.
$300 extra deep cleaning fee for urine or excessive hair.

The space
We purchased our home in 2016 and renovated the entire home within the year. Our open floor plan makes for a very welcoming atmosphere and we've decorated the house to give it a nautical/coastal feel with a hint of modern. The house is very charming and cozy and our guests have the liberty to enjoy the entire home..
Guest access
Guests have access the the entire home, kitchen, living room, dining area, den, 2 1/2 bathrooms, three bedrooms, outside patio with picnic table and grill, hammock, front patio with new rocking chairs and newly expanded driveway for ample parking.
Additional notes
For your safety and ours the house has security cameras on the driveway and perimeter. There are no cameras inside the house or on the backyard.

Children are welcome but must be supervised by parent or legal guardian at all times.
